When You Eat Turkish Dried Figs (Video)
Discover uncommon benefits of Turkish Dried Figs and see what happens when you eat them.
BATA FOOD supply this “natural chocolate” worldwide and strongly recommend you to taste one of them!
This video is unfortunately in Turkish, but shortly, I can tell you that it is about a farmer who kindly requests from a strange driver to drive him to his village.
Driver says that he can drive farmer only if farmer give all of the figs in the basket to him. Farmer says that it is too much for that, do not accept that request, and the story begins…
Enjoy!
Natural Resources Are Vanishing
Food and Agriculture Organization of United Nations (FAO) declared that %25 of worlds total agricultural fields quality is fall down hard due to erosion, poor irrigation, over irrigation and salinization and decrease of biodiversity.
According to FAO, if world population reaches 9 billion on 2050 as expected, agricultural production should be increased over %70 to fulfill needs.
Improved watering, erosion prevention techniques should be applied, also organic program and ecological methods should be applied to increase yield.

All kind of food stuff even machinery suppliers are waiting for you with amazing options (next fair will be on 2013, which is two years later). ANUGA is a huge place for networking and finding new ways to grow your business, even if you visit or attend.

Also with this reason, you will be able to explore great Cologne city with good historical places (Köln-Dome is my favorite place).
Unlike Paris (SIAL 2010 Fair Reviews), public transportation options are very comfortable and easy for tourists. One of the best part is, if you are exhibitor or visitor to ANUGA, all public transport vehicles are completely FREE during fair date.
Our aim was to meet our existing customers and to look for new opportunities and fair was really helpful about these. We hope that we will be able to inform you about good news which came out by our meetings at ANUGA fair.
Below, you will find some photos which we took at ANUGA 2011 fair and also short video.
See you next time, at ANUGA 2013!
Auf Wiedersehen!

It is pity to know that pesticides fact is directly related to food eaten.

If you think about the foods you eat in every day routine, that will be easier to understand how we treat to our bodies.

Farmers also started to consider organic growing because the demands for organic crop is getting higher.
Do not you think that maybe it is the high time to started for organic consumption habits ???
Organic Products and Health
Healthy feeding is getting more and more important nowadays.
People think that consuming organic product may keep them away pesticides which may come through some foods.
Let us consider following points:

There are lots of toxins which is no good for our health and during the organic production process, there is always strict controls.
Organic food can not be certified as organic by authourised bodies If the production process is not followed to the necessary things to do such as;
- Using hormons is not allowed,
- The ground for organic production must be cleaned from chemicals and pesticides and this process may take to three years depends on the ground current situation.
There are also some criterias to follow for the usage of fertilizer.
It is clearly to see something from above:
If we stop polluting the world and using the chemicals, we may have a chance to produce naturally organic or near to organic quality products…
Let us think about it.
Natural foods as they are used to be in the past many many decades ago…..
