Natural Dried Apricots dry under the sun and have dark brown color without any sulphur. These dried apricots are more tasty and sweeter comparing to sulphured apricots but they are less durable as no chemicals (mainly sulphur) are used during production. Natural Dried Apricot Paste is suitable to use in chocolate production, confectionary, bakery and many other applications in food industry.
