Turkey is the largest producer of dried apricots and major product is coming from Malatya region. This moist and chewy apricots are one of the most popular and well known dried fruits in the world.
Natural Dried Apricots dry under the sun and have dark brown color without any sulphur. These dried apricots are more tasty and sweeter comparing to sulphured apricots but they are less durable as no chemicals (mainly sulphur) are used during production.
