Carrot Fiber (Carrot Powder) Orange is a 100% natural, non-GMO product that serves as a binder, thickener, emulsifier and fiber supplement.

Made from locally sourced carrots in the Netherlands, this fiber supplement is derived from the side stream of juice processing. Widely used in the meat industry as a meat binder, Carrot Fiber is also suitable for bakery, frozen foods, sauces, and soups.

It is an excellent Non-GMO alternative to other binders like Soy Protein. With a remarkable binding capacity, 1 g of Carrot Fiber can bind up to 15 g of water, and 1 g of fiber can bind up to 4 g of oil. In addition to providing dietary fiber to recipes, Carrot Fiber Orange is a versatile ingredient for clean label products with stable heat, pH and freeze/thaw properties.
